Regina Frauen

Regina Frauen works as a Partner in the Munich office. She focuses on all aspects of strategic positioning, on financial and on M&A-related communications.

Over the past ten years, Regina has consulted clients on a variety of M&A transactions including private, public, domestic and cross-border deals as well as other capital market transaction. She has also worked on the development and execution of a number of long-term corporate positioning and transformation programs. In addition, she handles media relations on behalf of clients with a special focus on the financial services sector. She spent one year working in London and New York, where she was responsible for the company’s international network.

Earlier work experiences include inter alia the PR agency Pleon (now Ketchum Pleon). Regina holds a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, Marketing and Statistics. She studied at the University of Mannheim, London School of Economics and University of Valencia.
