As a Managing Director in Finsbury Glover Hering’s Middle East practice and head of their Saudi office, Samar brings over a decade of financial, consulting and executive advisory experience to the largest middle east market. 
In her current role, Samar provides strategic and executive communication advisory to major Government clients, key senior officials as well as the private sector on the largest financial transactions in KSA. Samar also helped set up the Saudi office and has been working on developing a dedicated practice for the local market. 
Samar started her career as a corporate finance advisor with Deloitte and worked on some of the largest M&amp;A transactions in the region, serving multinational companies as well as global investors and PE funds.
Samar holds a BS in Finance, and MBA from London Business School and a CFA. She lives with her family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
