Gladys joined Finsbury in 2013 with in-house experience and extensive experience advising global corporates on reputation, M&amp;As, crisis management, brand recognition and office launch. She provides strategic oversight and counsel at all levels of engagements.
Her past and current clients include global asset managers, SWFs, PEs, banks, governmental bodies, listed companies, professional bodies which stretch from the UK through Russia to East Asia. 
Prior to joining the firm, she was a financial journalism focused on banking, asset management and energy news. She worked in Hong Kong and London, in which she built solid media relations across international, regional and local media, and a deep understanding of reputational management.
A research fellow at the University of Oxford for which she received a Chevening Scholarship to research ethics in financial journalism, Gladys holds an MSc in Regulation (Distinction) with a focus on financial and environmental regulations from the London School of Economics. She is an accredited mediator.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
