As a Partner and Head of the FGS Global Shanghai Office, Claudia Kosser brings more than a decade of communications experience with clients from various sectors to her clients. She is versed in handling corporate communications matters and strategic positioning, as well as M&A-transactions and crisis situations.
In 2019, she launched the firm’s Shanghai office, after working with the firm in the Frankfurt and Hong Kong offices. Claudia is a cross-culture communication expert with strengths in conceptualization and structuring projects – recently she has been involved in deal communications, internal and CEO positioning, regulatory mapping and crisis preparation and handling.
Claudia was shortlisted for the Women Leading Change Award 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, she has worked with Daimler and the BMW Foundation. She holds a Master in Communication Management from Leipzig University (GER), and a Bachelor degree in European Studies from the University of Maastricht (NL). Claudia is a German native speaker, fluent in English and has conversational knowledge of French and Dutch and basics in Mandarin.
