As a Managing Director in FGS Global’s London office, Alastair co-leads the TMT team and coordinates the UK’s private equity practice. He advises a range of listed and private technology and telecoms businesses as well as global private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
His experience includes all types of investment and M&A communications, corporate reputation campaigns and other special situations work including restructuring, litigation and crisis support. He has also spent time working in FGS’s New York office.
Prior to FGS Global Alastair worked at EY as a management consultant specialising in customer strategy and insight. He has a first in History from Oxford University.
