Sam is a Director in FGS Global’s Singapore office where he advises clients across a wide range of sectors and mandates, with a particularly deep understanding of financial services. He provides strategic advisory for companies at critical moments as well as helping them to build long-term strategies to promote and protect their reputations.
He has extensive experience in M&A, having advised on a large number of complex, cross-border transactions and sponsor-backed deals in recent years – both in Asia and Europe. He also has experience across ECM and crisis and issues management.
Prior to Singapore, Sam worked in FGS Global’s London office for a number of years. He holds a degree in Hispanic Studies from King’s College London and also studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
