Mitali Atal

Mitali Atal is a Partner in FGS Global’s Dubai office.

She has over 19 years of strategic communications experience within the asset management, sovereign investment, government advisory, and retail/consumer sectors across the UAE, GCC and wider Middle East region.

Mitali has significant experience in developing 360-degree strategies for transaction communications, counselling C-suite executives around issues and reputation management, and helping firms leverage public-private partnerships to drive stakeholder value.

Mitali advises a number of the region's most prominent sovereign investment vehicles across the strategic communications spectrum from formation and launch, integrated communications strategy and execution, and corporate advisory.

Prior to her role at FGS Global, Mitali held senior communication positions in a leading emerging markets focused private equity firm and a regional retail and real estate conglomerate.

Mitali started her career in London in the international development sector where she worked for a global foundation.

Mitali holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and was a Chevening Scholar.
