Kaiser Permanente, Avalere Health, and the Advisory Board Company. MPH and MBA from The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and BA in English and Communications from Trinity University.

Scott has lived in Washington, D.C. for more than 20 years but still considers himself a Coloradan at heart.
