As a Managing Director on Finsbury Glover Hering’s Shareholder Activism and Industrial &amp; Support Services teams in the firm’s London office, Philip Walters brings nearly 16 years’ experience in reputation management, strategic communications and politics. 
He has advised a broad range of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors on capital markets communications, crisis and issues management, reputation recovery, and investor relations. He builds strong relationships with clients that lead to a deeper understanding of their challenges and successful outcomes, with a particular focus on special situations. Philip provides strategic oversight and counsel at all levels of engagements.
Prior to joining the firm, Philip was the special advisor to the Shadow Minister for Immigration, working in the House of Commons. 
A graduate of the University of Durham, Philip holds a BA Hons degree in Anthropology. He lives with his family in London.
