As a Director in the Strategic Communications Division at Finsbury Glover Hering, Samantha brings nearly a decade of strategic communications and federal advocacy experience across a myriad of policy issues to her clients. Her expertise in developing nationwide advocacy campaigns, crafting messaging and crisis communications, digital and marketing communications, and coalition building and broader stakeholder engagement is paramount to how she brings a comprehensive solution and strategic approach to complex policy issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked at SIFMA, where she managed strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, created and implemented SIFMA’s federal and state grassroots campaign activations, developed marketing campaigns for a range of SIFMA policy initiatives, and engaged with SIFMA’s communications amplification strategies. Before that, she served as a Federal Lobbyist at Arnold & Porter, where she advocated for a broad range of clients on Capitol Hill and within the Executive Branch. During her time at Arnold & Porter, she executed many successful advocacy and communications strategies to help clients navigate and solve complicated policy challenges, engage with federal policymakers, and raise their profile in Washington, D.C.

Samantha is a graduate of Clemson University with a BA in Political Science and Business Administration, and has lived in D.C. since graduation.
