Leann works with the International Affairs team to advise foreign governments, global companies and international organizations on international security, trade and international development.

Leann previously worked in local government and held positions in Congressional offices, federal agencies and foreign diplomatic missions in Washington, DC.

Leann is an avid baker and a Virginia Tech Hokies fan. She travels as often as possible in her free time.
