Before coming to FGS Global, Beth spent her career as a reporter, producer and editor at national news organizations including NBC News/MSNBC, The Associated Press and CNN. She has worked extensively across TV, text and digital platforms.

At NBC News and MSNBC, Beth served as senior politics editor where she helped lead the network’s coverage of the 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns. She appeared frequently on MSNBC shows as a reporter and analyst.

Beth began her news career at CNN, where she served as executive producer of the political unit during the 2000 presidential election and historic Florida recount. She then became a text journalist, serving as a national political reporter for The Associated Press. She led the AP’s coverage of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign and covered the money and media beat in 2012.

Beth graduated with honors from Oberlin College and was a John S. Knight Fellow at Stanford University. She has won several awards for her work, including the New York Press Club Award for Political Reporting and the Newswomen’s Club of New York Front Page Award for Wire Service Beat Reporting.
