Rob Mejia

As an Associate Director in FGS Global's Government Affairs Division, Rob Mejia works in the firm’s Sports and Telecommunications, Media, & Technology practices. Rob helps clients navigate complex legislative and policy challenges and engages with congressional offices and administrative agencies to advance clients’ policy objectives. Rob also helps manage the FGS Political Action Committee (PAC).

Prior to joining the firm, Rob was appointed as a Special Assistant to Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe. In this role, Rob served as the liaison between the Governor’s office and Congress, the White House, and federal agencies, and he helped determine the impact of federal legislation on the Commonwealth. Rob was previously a member of the Governor’s Fellows Program.

Rob is a local Washington, D.C. native and graduated from The Catholic University of America with a BA in Political Science.
