Emilie Carinha

Life at FGS Global

Emilie is an Associate Director in the firm’s Digital Division. She advises clients on effective digital strategies ranging from organic social media to paid media.

Life Pre-FGS Global

Emilie was previously the Director of Creative and Digital Services at Forbes Tate Partners, she graduated with a BS in Health Promotion from American University.

Life Beyond FGS Global

Emilie is a proud (Central) New Jerseyan and French dual-citizen and constantly deleting cat photos off her phone to make more room.

As an Associate Director with the FGS Global’s Digital Division in Washington, D.C., Emilie works across Finsbury Glover Hering’s teams to create social and digital strategies for clients. She drives day-to-day execution of social and digital tactics, including incoordination with strategic communications and government relations efforts.

Before joining FGS Global, Emilie worked at Forbes Tate Partners (FTP), a bipartisan government relations and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Having started there as an intern and eventually rising to the title of Director, Emilie created FTP’s digital department from the ground up, implementing processes and guidelines for all steps of digital strategy including analytics, social listening, media buying, and creative production. In this role, she worked for a variety of clients across industries including higher education, cannabis, healthcare, and more. While at FTP, she was also a member of the firm’s newly formed cannabis practice.

Emilie also interned at a variety of non-profits across the D.C.-area including Smith Center for Healing and the Arts and the Washington Ballet, helping both organizations with their communications strategy.

Emilie graduated from American University with a BS in Health Promotion and Minor in Marketing. She’s a proud New Jersey native with French dual citizenship. Emilie often returns to France to visit her family and friends and is a member of the French Chamber of Commerce.
