John Gray

John is a Partner in the London office of FGS Global, having joined the firm in 2006. He provides strategic counsel on political and regulatory matters, with a specialism advising on M&A transactions under UK and EU jurisdictions, encompassing merger control and FDI clearance processes.

He has advised on many of the highest profile and most complex M&A transactions in recent years, both domestic and cross-border. Prior to joining FGS Global, John worked for six years as political adviser to a UK Member of Parliament.

Educated at the University of Leeds, John holds both a BA (Hons) in History and MA in International Political Economy.
