Lutz Stroppe joins the corporate affairs team at Finsbury Glover since September 2019 from Berlin as Senior Advisor. The political scientist, born in 1956, is internationally and in Germany a respected expert and an executive in the health and care sector. From 2014 to 2019, as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Health, he has been responsible for setting the course for central regulatory areas and for the international coordination of German positions.
Before that, he spent four years in the Federal Ministry for Family, Seniors, Women and Youth, most recently also as State Secretary, and from 2006 to 210 in the federal office of the CDU for the party chairwoman and Federal Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and five years as head of the office of former Federal Chancellor Dr. Helmut Kohl active. 
In August 2019, Lutz Stroppe was appointed by the health ministry of Nordrhein-Westfalen to the founding committee of the first virtual hospital in Germany and since April 2020, the representative of the ministry of Health for the Virtual Hospital.
In December 2019, Lutz Stroppe was designated chairman of the advisory board of the Hannelore Kohl Foundation/CNS by the board of trustees.
In 2015 he received an honorary doctorate from the Medical and Pharmaceutical University of Chisinau, Moldova.

Lutz Stroppe unterstützt als Senior Advisor das Corporate Affairs Team von Finsbury Glover Hering seit September 2019 von Berlin aus. Der 1956 geborene Politikwissenschaftler ist ein in Deutschland sowie international angesehener Kompetenzträger im Gesundheits- und Pflegewesen. Er war seit 2014 als Staatssekretär im Bundesministerium für Gesundheit für die Weichenstellung zentraler Regulierungsbereiche zuständig sowie für die internationale Koordinierung deutscher Positionen. 

Davor war er vier Jahre im Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend, zuletzt ebenfalls als Staatssekretär, sowie von 2006 bis 210 in der Bundesgeschäftsstelle der CDU für die Parteivorsitzende und Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Merkel und fünf Jahre als Leiter des Büros von Bundeskanzler a. D. Dr. Helmut Kohl tätig. 

Im August 2019 wurde Lutz Stroppe in den Gründungsausschuss des ersten Virtuellen Krankenhauses in Deutschland und im April 2020 zum Beauftragten des Gesundheitsministeriums für das Virtuelle Krankenhaus berufen.
Im Dezember 2020 ernannte ihn das Kuratorium zum Vorsitzenden des Beirats der Hannelore Kohl-Stiftung ZNS.
Im Jahr 2015 wurde er an der Medizinisch-Pharmazeutischen Universität in Chisinau, Moldawien, zum Ehrendoktor ernannt.
