Megan Kennedy

As a Managing Director on FGS Global’s Capital Markets team, Megan brings nearly a decade of experience working with clients on a variety of complex communications needs. Megan has provided support around financial communications initiatives, including major transactions and restructurings, advised clients during crises and litigation, and has extensive experience leading proactive profile-building and corporate positioning campaigns.

During her career at Finsbury, Megan has worked with companies in many different sectors, including media and entertainment, retail, technology, automotive, advertising, health care, food and beverage, and financial services, as well as with nonprofit clients. She is focused on building a deep understanding of clients and their businesses and forming strong and longstanding relationships.

Megan joined Finsbury in 2011, after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations, and minors in American History and Spanish. She spent eight years in Finsbury’s New York office before moving with her family to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 2019.
