Joe Berg

As a Partner in FGS Global’s Los Angeles office, Joe provides strategic and financial communications counsel to companies on a wide range of critical business issues and special situations, including complex transactions, crisis/issues management, litigation and shareholder activism. Drawing on nearly 15 years of experience, including senior-level in-house and advisory roles, Joe supports his clients’ strategic growth objectives and long-term corporate positioning by developing and executing robust communications and investor relations programs.

Prior to joining Finsbury Glover Hering, Joe oversaw strategic and corporate communications for two Los Angeles-based technology companies: Jam City, a mobile games studio, and Whisper, a social networking and media platform. Prior to joining Whisper, Joe spent eight years in the New York office of the strategic communications firm Joele Frank.

Joe received an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. He lives in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles with his family.
