As Global Chief Financial Officer at Finsbury Glover Hering, Ajay leads the Finance team across its three regions. Ajay brings broad experience to the role having spent over twenty years in various finance, accounting and capital markets related positions.
Ajay joined the company from Kroll Bond Rating Agency where he was Chief Financial & Administrative Officer from its founding until 2019 and oversaw the Finance, HR and Technology teams. He led efforts there to secure funding from venture capital and other private investors and later guided the company to a successful sale. He has previously served as a senior finance team member at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he was VP Assistant Treasurer, Global Chief Financial Officer of its reinsurance brokerage subsidiary, Guy Carpenter & Company, and a member of its strategy and M&A team. He also has previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Kroll Inc.
Ajay holds a BMath and an MA from the University of Waterloo in Canada, an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and is a Chartered Accountant in Canada. He lives with his family in Westchester, New York.
