Megan Moore is a Partner in the firms Government Affairs Division. Prior to joining FGS Global, Megan was a Special Advisor to Federal Housing Finance Agency Director, Mel Watt. She advised the Director on supervisory and regulatory matters that impacted Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Banks. During this time, Megan also served as the Acting Senior Associate Director for the Office of Congressional Affairs and Communications.

Previously Megan worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during President Obama's Administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Housing, Small Business and TARP in the Office of Legislative Affairs. During this time, Megan worked on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the Troubled Asset Relief Program, the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010, the Making Home Affordable program and housing finance reform legislation.

Megan also worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for Representative Jesse L. Jackson, Jr. primarily managing the Congressman's assignment to the Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture.

Megan’s early career started in Michigan working three campaign cycles including as Regional Field Director for Obama for America in 2008.

Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University. Megan is originally from Chicago and currently resides in Washington D.C.
