Katelyn Gaunt

Katelyn Gaunt is the Director of Human Resources and Benefits at FGS Global where she manages the firm’s benefits administration, payroll, recruiting, new hire orientation programs, and provides support to the firm’s performance management program. As part of the HR team, she works closely with managers to fulfill staffing and recruiting needs, manages onboarding, and assists in carrying out strategic human resource policies and procedures to ensure that FGS Global is continuously recruiting and retaining top talent.

Prior to joining the firm, Katelyn was a Field Representative in West Virginia during the 2014 midterm election cycle with the College Republican National Committee. Katelyn graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. During her time at Cincinnati she was a communications intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters in their Greater Cincinnati chapter.

Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Katelyn was based in D.C. for several years before making her way back to the Midwest. She now lives in Columbus, OH with her husband, Percy (the family's Goldendoodle), and the newest and cutest member, her son, Gunnar. She is slowly becoming an official Buckeye fan.
